Clear terms, no surprises

postvixis a LinkedIn-focused workspace for AI-assisted drafting, templates and hooks, post history, scheduling and publishing through LinkedIn's official OAuth, analytics on Pro, repurposing content, and engagement tools.

We continuously improve the product. Features, plans, and limits may change; we'll communicate material changes in-app or by email.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• You confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide is accurate.
• One person, one account — unless we offer team plans you are authorized to use.

You agree to use postvix in good faith. You will not:

• Publish content that violates LinkedIn's policies or applicable law.
• Use the service to harass, deceive, defame, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits and access controls.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting via the service, you confirm you have the rights to do so.

AI features assist drafting — they do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing.

• Verify factual claims and citations.
• Respect intellectual property of third parties when using examples or quotes.
• Disclose AI assistance where required by your jurisdiction, employer, or platform.

When you connect LinkedIn via official OAuth, your use of LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn's own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. AI generation may use third-party model providers. We pick vendors with appropriate data-handling standards but do not control their policies.

• Free plan: 3 AI-generated posts per month, templates, post history.
• Pro plan: $19/month for 100 AI generations per billing period (Create + Repurpose share the same pool), scheduling, analytics, and engagement tools.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from Billing — you keep access through the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate through the active billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, LinkedIn's policies, or applicable law — or that compromise security, abuse rate limits, or harm other users.

Where appropriate, we'll attempt to notify you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.

postvix, including the software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create. We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve the product.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless a mandatory law in your country requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, sent by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
